Technical:

0.6 to 2 years of work experience in ASP.NET

Must have good expertise in VB.NET or C#.NET

Must have done atleast 2-3 projects using these

technologies

Must have used .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5

Must have used Visual Studio 2005 / 2008 extensively

Must have basic knowledge in SQL programming

Must have basic exposure to Coding standards

and Best practices.

General:

Must have acceptable communication

Must have good aptitude / logical & analytical skills

Must have good attitude

Must be willing to adapt to new environments

Must be willing to accept newer challenges

Willingness to travel abroad for Development /

Implementation / Support, will be an added advantage.

Functional:

Must have done real-time / live projects

Must be able to explain projects very clearly

Must have done atleast 1 to 3 projects in the

specified technologies

Knowledge of any domain from previous projects

would be an added advantage.
